The strips are meant to be hung on top of the doorway or Outside Opening if you refer to the photo in the listing. You will have about 2 1/2 inches over the edge of each side of the doorway.<br>The strips are a durable and pliable 60 mil thick<br>The strips are perforated to hang on the bracket.<br>The mounting hardware is a tough, sturdy polymer and you will receive 3 feet.
