This listing is for:
1 Java moss golf ball size portion
Important:
Moss often times has some brown strands mixed in, this is normal
it will grow in and look very nice but understand it needs time to grow in and establish. You MUST attach it to something, if you just toss it in your tank it will go everywhere like
confetti, so it must be tied, glued, or attached to something so it can stay in place and have a chance to
anchor
in place :-)
CHECK OUT MY OTHER LISTINGS FOR GREAT PRICES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! FREE SHIPPING AND BUY 2 GET 1 FREE
How does buy 2 get 1 free work?
Simply purchase 2 of the same plants and we will send you a 3
rd
portion free with your order. This also applies to buy 4 get 2, buy 6 get 3, etc.
IMPORTANT:
Photos are a sample representation, not the actual plants you will receive. Every plant is different and will vary in size/color slightly. We do our very best to respond fast and ship happy, healthy plants. If you have any questions or concerns please message us we are always happy to help!
Java moss
Care: easy
Co2: no
Growth rate: slow
Placement: tied or attached to a surface
Lighting requirements: easy/low light
Color: green/brown
Max size: always expanding
Propagation: cutting/pulling apart
Shipping & Policies
Free Shipping!?
We offer free first-class shipping on nearly every item we have listed. Generally speaking, this is fine for most plants. If you are interested in plants that are somewhat sensitive, it is hot/cold outside, or you live far away from our location (we ship from Dallas, Texas for reference), please consider upgrading to priority mail. Although priority mail is a tad more ($7.99) it helps better ensure the safe arrival of your plants. If you do not see a priority mail upgrade option at checkout, we have a listing for you to purchase titled “Priority Mail Shipping Coverage” and has a photo that says, “shipping charge” that you can purchase for $7.99 in order to cover priority mail.
When will items ship?
Most items ship out in 1-3 business days excluding holidays when the post office is closed. If you would like to receive your item faster we recommend purchasing priority mail. Additionally, if you know it is very hot, cold, or you live far away, priority mail is your best option to help the plants arrive in the best condition possible. If there is severe weather, we will sometimes print the label but not ship your package until after the weather has passed in order to ensure safe arrival.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) Claims:
Please do NOT just open a return request or leave negative feedback, simply contact us. We are here to help and serve you. Often times plants will lose some leaves or melt back a bit in transit after being in a dark box for sometimes days on end and just need a little time to recover from their journey and grow in. It is our honor and privilege to serve you. We hope that you are satisfied with everything. If you are for any reason not satisfied, please let us know as we are here to help make this hobby easy and enjoyable!
Livestock Policy:
1.
We guarantee live arrival only on all of our livestock. We DO NOT guarantee your success in growing/raising them. Once the plants arrive to you alive, it is out of our control if you have success or not in growing these plants as many factors go into having a successful planted tank such as lighting, co2, fertilizer, etc.
2.
In the rare event livestock shows up dead, we must be notified in 24 hours. Keep in mind these plants just took the journey of their lifetime in a dark box for 2-4 days so they will take time to recover and be at their best again. Please Take clear photos of the dead plant and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the item and once the item is validated by us we will send a replacement or refund minus the cost of shipping.
Failure to comply with one or more of these policies will mean we can no longer cover you.
3.
If you are concerned about extreme heat or cold, we highly recommend having the post office hold your mail for the estimated delivery day and or upgrading to priority mail just to be safe, remember, these are perishable items, plants can only last so long in transit. This is a completely free option which can be requested online via usps.com or in person at your local post office. This way, your package will remain indoors, protecte
